Expect an answer within two business days in most cases. If you're writing about a particular review, paste in the page URL and quote the detail you're querying — it lets us re-check and reply much faster.
What we can help with
- Corrections. Operators tweak bonuses and payout processes constantly. Point out anything that no longer matches reality and we'll retest that detail and update the page.
- Operator enquiries. Casinos are free to request a review, with one caveat we repeat to everyone: our testing decides the outcome, and neither a listing nor a rating can be bought.
- Player feedback. First-hand accounts — a payout that dragged, a support chat that impressed you — feed directly into our re-testing schedule and genuinely shape the rankings.
What we can't do
One important limit: Casino Claude reviews casinos but has no access to them. We hold no player accounts, process no payments and can't intervene in disputes — so password resets, stuck withdrawals and account queries need to go to the casino's own support desk. If an operator won't resolve a legitimate complaint, escalate it to the authority that issued its licence.
